Refund Policy

Digital downloads are non-refundable

Because our products are digital files delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final once the file has been delivered. By completing checkout you acknowledge this and (where applicable under EU consumer law) waive your 14-day right of withdrawal in exchange for immediate digital delivery.

Exceptions

We will refund a purchase in the following situations:

• Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, the duplicate is refunded automatically.
• Verifiable technical issues — if the delivered file is corrupted or your download link does not work and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
• Suspected fraud — if we have reason to believe the purchase was made without the cardholder's authorization.

How to request a refund

Reply to your purchase confirmation email with the Stripe receipt reference and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and to resolve verifiable issues quickly.
